A five bedroom modern detached house sleeping nine adults plus two children, standing beside cider apple orchards in the hamlet of Birley, 7 miles south of Leominster.

The house is well equipped and comfortable and successfully combines traditional and contemporary furnishings and boasts an open fire and Aga for the cooler months. With large garden and extensive patio area the property is excellent for families or large groups.

Close to the Welsh borderlands, there is wonderful walking, cycling, bird watching and fishing as well as trips to Hereford, Ludlow, Symonds Yat and the famous Black and White Village Trail.

This is a perfect base for a varied and enjoyable holiday.

The Cottage is non-smoking and no pets are allowed.
Ample off road car parking, Nearest Shop, Pub and Public Transport 2.5 miles.
